The supply chain management team is responsible for overseeing the delivery of products from the company’s suppliers and communicating the ever-changing customer requirements in order to manage parts obsolescence and allocations in a timely manner. The department is able to communicate the ever-changing needs by way of an electronic Material Resource Planning ("MRP") system that automatically links and updates the requirements with the supply chain.
